Steer clear of this organization. Unethical work practices and conflict of interest. Clearly states in the covenants that the units cannot be rented, however, the lawnmower guy in my community also OWNS 10 of the lots and in exchange for the half-assed lawn mowing he gets out of paying HOA dues ($150 x10=$1500/per month X 12mos. = $18,000). The week that I moved out he had at least TWO of his villas up for rent/lease, so apparently the rules do not apply to everyone. Wish I had the time/money/resources to sue. Above average for the monthly HOA dues AND if you are even 1 day late they will fine you big time. The property manager is not very responsive unless you threaten with a lawsuit. It took nearly 5 years to have a stack boot replaced on the roof from the hail storm back in 2011. Lots of hassles and a huge money suck.
