Since the option does not allow this, a star is automatically assigned. Otherwise, the service of yesterday evening in this scale would extend into the negative. We arrived yesterday at 21:18 with the Easy Jet machine from Budapest and had to wait for an hour for the stairs. The bustling pilot of our machine has tried in vain to reach by phone as well as gesticulating out of the window someone to bring us the stairs to the plane. After this miserably long wait in plane, we were able to get out of the plane and wait for our luggage. With some warning, our negative fears were completely surpassed. On the screens, luggage was unloaded and declared finished after a few minutes, but all passengers were waiting for their luggage. Since no responsible persons are to be found at the luggage stand, after numerous telephone calls of the service hotline a coworker of the ground personnel was sent to us, who did not want to accept our affair at all and pointed out, that the machine was unloaded and we report our luggage as missing should. After two hours of waiting and more phone calls was actually then handed the luggage without any explanations, let alone apologies. And while it is known from the past flights that assignments of flights to the parking positions and copy of the baggage usually takes an hour to wait, but the procedure on the evening with a total of 3 hours waiting time from leaving the machine to the baggage issue is the culmination of the service been the WISAG.
