We ordered an iPhone 7 in early December, the phone didn't arrive within the suggested timescale so we cancelled the order, received confirmation of the cancellation then the phone arrived two days later. They seem to be a bit disorganised however the quality of the phone that arrived was great. We had purchased another phone by this point so we returned the phone to QMF however we are still waiting for a refund in mid February.
