I have phoned into the Utah state tax commission many times over the years as I operate multiple businesses. I realize no one likes to pay taxes so we seem to be ready for a fight expecting the state employees to change laws. Every time I have called I have had polite and courteous agents willing to help me with finding forms and changing or adding business tax information. I believe they are truly making efforts to keep customer service levels high.
