I have had mixed experiences from this place. The staff is friendly and the service is fairly solid. It's a nice place with good amenities. But man, their wait times are horrible, in my experience (even against their quoted estimates).

Story #1 - Rentals. When making an appointment over the phone (for service + rental), I commented on what time I needed to be out of there. In hindsight, they didn't even suggest what time I should arrive. I showed up 35 minutes early to the appointment to get checked in and a rental. Check-in was fast, but I waited an additional 35 minutes for a rental (25 minutes past the time I wanted to be out to, you know, get to work on time).

Story # 2- Oil Change. I used to really like bringing my vehicle in for an oil change. I appreciated the inspection and car wash. The last few years when I went in, they'd quote me a wait time of ~1 hour (I'm fine with waiting, especially when I get an accurate estimate). The last few times I went in, the wait times were 30 and 60 minutes over the estimate. I just don't go there for oil changes any more.
