Very nice aquarium, friendly staff and volunteers, always clean. I would give a 5 star if I felt the membership was really worth it. Yes you get in for free but that's about it, the events and movies aren't really discounted. The changing exhibit is nice but if you're looking for a membership that's worth it i would recommend the Virginia living museum.
