Chas and Kevin where very polite.. very prompt.. efficient and curious.. they also made sure to clean up and everything was tidy and clean when they left.. they where extremely polite and understanding.. they installed the aircon and explained how it worked to me.... I was very very happy with them both.. they're should be more young men like them in today's world.
