We were having an issue of our IQ Panel turning off and remaining off. Our technician Dave Scurlock arrived within the first hour of our two hour window. He called me to let me know that he was on his way. He was very personable and attempted many times to figure out why our panel wasn't working. He replaced our panel and made sure that all of the sensors were hooked up and working. He also tested all of the alarms to make sure that the signals were received by ADT and he made sure that my app was working with the system. Dave was a great technician and I would definitely recommend him.
