I WOULD RATHER WALK THAN DEAL WITH THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP!!!

Worst. Experience. Ever! These are some clowns that trying to get you in their door to "fool" you to buy cars. They actually think you "need" them. Which is absolutely hilarious! I've been talking over the last couple of days with Isamar Toledo who said that my offer for a Jeep Liberty was "reasonable". Mind you that my offer included my trade in, taxes, etc. So I agreed to come to the dealership so that I can come buy the Jeep that I was looking at. But I told them many times that a deal is dependent on them not low-balling my trade in. Darrell Simmons agreed that they would appraise my vehicle first as I didn't want to waste anyone time, including mine since I drove 45 minutes to get there.

When I get there, I was met Darrel who then connected me with a Salesman (Vince) who I have no complaints about. As discussed before, I gave Vince my key to appraise my vehicle, he then gave the keys to a "sales manager" named "John Red" to appraise the vehicle while we looked at their vehicle. I told them first hand that I didn't want to test drive the vehicle until they appraise mine as the deal was dependent on the price they were offering. As I walked out with Vince, "John Red" followed us, to the potential vehicle. They crowded me trying to pressure me to test drive their vehicle. Remember, I came 45 minutes with an agreement that they would appraise my vehicle and then we'll get to their vehicle. They were not having that. "John Red" slammed his hand on their vehicle's hood and said "you want to buy a vehicle that you don't want to test drive?" I'm like "what does that mean?" They kept saying it.

So we go on and on, and I'm not budging until they appraise my car as agreed, but they didn't want to do it. This tells me they either wanted to low-ball me or they were just lying about my reasonable deal. I asked for my keys back and called Darrel Simmons. He talked to "John Red" and then came outside. Guess what he thought he was going to have me do. Yes, test drive their vehicle without appraising mine. LOL. So I took my business elsewhere. NAPERVILLE CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE IS THE BEST!!!!

So I followed up with Isamar to tell her how slimy and disrespectful their dealership was, and she responded with the phrase "We apologize that things didn't go according to your process." LOL. Are you serious? She also informed me that I spoke with BILL HAGGERTY/General Manager. She called him the "BIG BOSS". I have no idea what professional organization that's looking to keep/attract customers that calls their general manager "Big Boss". This is crazy and unprofessional. These people are slimy.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CLOWNS!!! STAY AWAY. THEY SAY THEY ARE REAL MANAGERS, BUT NO ONE COULD MAKE THE SIMPLE DECISION TO APPRAISE MY VEHICLE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS THAT ARE TRYING TO GET YOU INTO THE DOOR.

STAY WAY, STAY AWAY. THESE ARE CROOKED STEREOTYPICAL CAR SALESMEN THAT ACTUALLY THINK THEY ARE SMARTER THAN THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I CAME TO BUY A CAR AND THEY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THAT. BUT IT FELT LIKE, YOU CAME FOR US TO MAKE AN A** OUT OF YOU!!! NOT ME, NOT EVER.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT CONTACTING THEM!
