The staff and the care they give is great but fix the parking situation! You have more spots blocked off and unavailable than not. The parking deck is closed. I understand it may be temporary but something has to change. Driving around in circles for 15 minutes only to park as far away as possible to walk in with a baby in the rain makes for a rough start to the visit. We are here to spend our money, at least make it easier for us.
