We went there maybe 6 or 7 months ago when the battery died on my wife's Murano. I brought the battery in and didn't want to drive the car on a bad battery (my charger said it was bad after several attempts to charge). The service manager was very rude and before I even showed him the battery he made a smart remark about bringing a lexus to a nissan dealer. He said I would have to bring the vehicle in on a bad battery so they could run tests. I know what I'm doing and driving a car around town on a bad battery isn't a smart thing to do. Guess what, the auto stores don't make you bring your vehicle in if the battery is bad; they run the battery through their tester (same as what I have) and if the battery is bad and it's under warranty they replace it. I don't have time to waste driving back and forth and playing games so I went to Autozone and bought a new battery instead. We're avoiding this dealership in the future, we only go to Nissan of Fort Worth and Irving now.
