I wish I could give less than 1 star. This company is f**king ridiculous!! Like the other review said, if you need to get in touch with them after hours, you are SOL! Some idiot that hit my car and totaled it has this pathetic excuse for an insurance company and I can't get in touch with them, despite the fact that they called me, left a message telling me to call them back, and EVERY TIME I CALL no one ever answers!!! SAVE YOURSELF and AVOID THIS HORRIBLE, BLOOD-SUCKING, MONEY HOARDING, NEGLIGENT, INCONSIDERATE, POS "COMPANY"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
