Took a while for someone to greet us after we were seated. They didn't have any bread because the bakery had not opened since the pandemic. My chops were ordered well done, but came out burnt. I will say we cut a small piece from the non burnt side and it was quite flavorful. Sent it back- came out really pretty, but tasteless. So disappointing!! I had such high expectations since I thoroughly enjoyed Ramsey's Burger a couple years ago. You gotta do better. Would you allow your competitors to serve burnt food?
