Without a doubt the worst customer service experience of my entire life. Their "same day" service was 3 days late, with constant calls that they were "on the way." 3 days off of work later, having waited for no one, they did the work. Having used PVC pipe that must be something in the neighborhood of $500.00 per foot, the problem still persisted and they left a ton of septic waste all over my basement floor, treadmill, water heater, furnace, and dryer. When they sent someone to check it out, he was sent for the wrong reasons, had no cleaning supplies, and we had to wait until 2:30 p.m. the next day to get a cleanup crew from them. They then told us that the actual problem was going to run about 14-15,000.00. Yes, 14 to 15 thousand dollars, to dig up the entire basement and put in all new pipe. We got a second opinion, and an insurance adjuster, both of whom said they were always the "ones who came after Gillece did work." The 2nd plumber snaked the pipe (which was what gillece originally said they did) and the problem was solved for $300.00. Gillece seems willing to work a customer service model that takes advantage of those who don't understand the issues in their houses, and work them for high priced, and seemingly unnecessary work. Avoid them.
