Andy and his team were very accommodating and easy to work with. He got technical and into the weeds when needed, but mostly he was there to answer a multitude of questions and keep us up to date on the process, the paperwork, the rates, and all the important stuff. I have no doubt that he would continue to answer questions for me about our mortgage any time, even long after we signed closing docs. He was one of the best I've worked with in house buying transactions, highly recommend.
