worst customer service that I could see. 2 weeks to respond to a disaster. The guy I got online aggressive, laughs at me openly and on top of that after just a minute of talking and without asking if I have any questions telling me "good bye" then hang up. UNBELIEVABLE.

I add my experience today. I send documents to make me pay for a consultation and I receive an email a week after asking for a very complicated list of documents to get me that have nothing to do with my application for reimbursement. I call again the customer service and I come across a nice person at the start but who changes behavior quickly once it realizes that it has no good reason for this request for additional document. my termination letter today, too bad I would pay until the anniversary date of my contract and I would inquire before taking out insurance last time with this insurance.
