Lexus of Englewood is a nightmare. I posted a Yelp review of my experience on 7/31/19. Unfortunately I can t give a full explanation here without exceeding the character limit, but thanks to this business my credit was trashed and I almost ended up in the back of a police car and my car impounded. There has been no resolution in almost 4 months, and I m still owed money. At this point even an apology would be something, but apparently that s beneath them.
