The ONLY reason I came to this dealership in a pan...

The ONLY reason I came to this dealership in a pandemic is because the website said masks were mandatory in inside spaces. As a customer with a pre-existing condition I was disappointed to find that there were several customers in the waiting room WITHOUT masks (one woman was even coughing without a mask on). I brought this to the attention of 2 different employees (I was told one of them was a manager). I was told that I could sit in the 'wifi lounge' which was behind plexiglass if I wanted 'more control of my environment'. I checked that space and there was a man sitting in there without a mask on. I ended up sitting outside. It's incredibly disappointing that asking those in the waiting area to wear a mask wasn't a remedy to this situation. Service to my vehicle isn't something that can be avoided. Thankfully, coming back to this dealership is.
