Put a lot of love and dedication into this station. I considered it holy ground - to the point of buying a pair of Blue Suede Shoes I only wore when I was going in to do a radio show. After 2 years of love & loyalty, they repaid me by stabbing me in the back and blackballing me out. These guys literally broke my heart. Never again will I ever darken their door. Since my negative experience, I've run into several other community members who were poorly treated as I was. My honest and straight forward advice is to take your love & knowledge of music and your passion for quality radio somewhere else. It won't be appreciated or even respected here.
