If you ever need something from their Service Department, make sure to look for Jacob Kolasinski. I got 2 BMWs and I only make an appointment with Jacob. Very professional to work with, very knowledgeable, very prompt and always keeps me updated with whats going on in my car.

I am currently living in Texas and 2 months ago I needed the service history and some for my 2010 BMW X5 35d, I called him up and guess what, I got all the documents the next day. Premium service right there even if you are not a customer anymore. I wish all SAs are like him. Thanks Jacob!!!
