We had the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE we've ever had, working with Mike Haggerty Buick GMC to purchase a 2020 GMC Terrain, Elevation Edition. After visiting multiple dealerships in the area (either finding their offers or how they treated us to be unsatisfactory), we finally found our way to Mike Haggerty Buick GMC. We started our discussions through email with Katie Haggerty and Sabrina Haggerty. We felt that we were treated with patience, honestly, and openness throughout the whole email discussion process. When we arrived in person, we were met by Katie and Sabrina, in person, as well as by the salesperson who worked with us through the purchase, Mike Pendleton. They honored the price they discussed with us through email and treated us with the utmost kindness and respect. Mike was easy to work with, honest, and friendly. He did not cause us to feel any undue pressure (too much pressure can be a pervasive problem when buying cars and working with salespeople), but, instead, he made us feel welcome and cared for. We also did not feel pressure or uncomfortable when working with their finance department. Paul was kind and explained everything clearly. He was gracious and open when we had a lot of questions and asked to double check everything (we have been mistreated while working with dealers before, so we were being very cautious). OVERALL THIS WAS A FANTASTIC AND VERY SATISFYING CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!
