Seriously cannot believe I fell for this. I ordered a truck tent and mattress, but received 2 mattresses instead. I was finally able to get in touch with someone and they told me I'd have to send pictures to the support email address....wouldn't you know it that address doesn't work and they won't do anything without me sending this email to a address that doesn't exist. At the moment, it seems I'm screwed out of a couple hundred dollars with no other successful methods of getting into communication with these folks. Just got somewhere else, it's not worth the gamble with this "company"
