Best realtor I've worked with. Matt personally responded within minutes of requesting information on his website. He met with me the next day and spent an hour going over his experience, recommendations for my property, and strategies him and his team would use to help the property sell. He presented detailed research on the area and current market, giving an educated recommendation on asking price. Within three days of the property being on market, I had an offer. By the end of the week we had a contract. His team continued to consistently communicate with me, keeping me posted on where we were at in the closing process.
