Absolutely top location, right on Sanssouci Park and Luisenplatz and Brandenburg Gate.
Cozy new, modern rooms.
Very friendly and attentive staff.
Breakfast is currently - due to corona - you put together yourself the evening before and is then brought to the table, egg dishes and fruit salad are freshly prepared.
The staff at the breakfast service are doing a great job under the current conditions!
The rental bikes offered by the hotel are really great and easy to ride even by large guests.
Small weaknesses in housekeeping were communicated and optimized for the future.
All in all, we had a great stay at Maxx by Steigenberger and in the beautiful city of Potsdam.
We will definitely be back and then it will definitely be all 5 stars.
