If I could give this company a ZERO star rating I ...

If I could give this company a ZERO star rating I would! firstly, their customer service is GARBAGE!! they do not care about their customers at all! being a first time car owner if you can avoid this 3rd party company please do!!!!! Being someone who bought their first car with bad credit is exciting and nerve-racking all at the same time! my interest rate is through the roof. which is expected.. I was able to get my car thanks to trend. I am currently a customer with trend and i am not pleased at all! I have been increasing my payments calling every 3 months for buyouts because I am so anxious to pay off my care being a young adult with lots of things to pay and goals to achieve this is so important to pay this off quickly. I had saved for a couple of months and made a 900 dollar additional payment. I called and asked for a buyout after that she sent me one but the cost was the same and I found that odd. she said she's call me back on this matter. Instead of calling me like she said she would. she sent me an email with the 1000 correction. no sorry, no phone call. Tell me how i am suppose to feel comfortable with a company like trend handling my money this loan that I am so desperately trying to get rid of if they are making big mistakes like that.. avoiding the customer, no apology and no type of customer service I called in and heard that some customers qualify for an interest rate decrease but because of one payment that was messed up a while ago but I am constantly change increasing payments and changing dates I missed it. :"its their policy 16 months of straight payments to be eligible for decrease." My point is there should be some type of customer service or type of happy medium for the customer some type of bend for customers especially when they made a mistake that was not handled properly it was basically fixed and I was ignored. the whole time speaking with this manager all he was doing was explaining on how the mistake happened and that was about it. He called me back with no intention of trying to make me happy, trying to again bend a little bit for a customer, who clearly is trying to do whatever in their power to pay and very upset and uneasy about the massive mistake that was made. ..
