If I could leave zero stars I would. CT needs to pay attention and switch providers. The other comments say it well, but on top of that, the worst part is they refuse to review or work with you on your current time sheet. So you have no idea if you've done it correctly and they won't help you make it so you do. You're just left to wait until payday to see. Criminal in my opinion.
