Nice hotel, lovely staff, food atmosphere in general. I did feel let down by the room however, to pay so much for a room no better than a premier inn, with a hard bed and pillows, a bath that took 50 minutes to run, and wasn't quite hot enough was disappointing.
I still give it a 5 star rating however, as these are minor details, and all the other things, and level of service made up for them.
Don't quite get that at a premier inn!
