By far the worse service I have ever experienced. Checked in at 9:50 a.m. for a simple oil change and battery changed on my key pad. After 1 hour and 15 min I went and asked how much longer it would take to get my car. Todd the person who checked me in told me the car had not been serviced yet it would be another 20 minutes. Long story short they lied. One of the techs that took my car left my key in their pants pocket and forgot to hand it in so the car could be services. It was one lie after the other. I feel the apology was not sincere at all. They did nothing at all to accommodate me, not even a free coupon for a future oil change. It's better off because I would NEVER NEVER return back to DCH Paramus Honda. They are incompetent!!!!!! After everyone was looking all over for my car key I got out of there at 11:15 a.m. !!!!
