A nice hotel located near Hibiya station in Tokyo. Excellent location, fair service, spacious rooms. The design of the public area of the hotel isn t impressive but not bad either. The design of the rooms is very good. Booked a Premier Room, a room on the 8th floor was assigned to me. Awful view. I will probably stay in the Peninsula Tokyo next time but I ll have to book a room that face the park or the imperial garden. Asked the concierge team to book 2 restaurants for me. They were quite unresponsive at first, however, after 2 emails requesting them to response more frequently, they improved. Overall a nice but not impressive experience.
