" LET THE SUNSHINE IN ..." Sunshine Home Care IS just as it says: " SUNSHINE CARES. With Sunshine mistakes may be made, as with any organization! But the difference is Sunshine cares . They GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. AND FROM WHAT WE HAVE SEEN MY MOTHER OF 93 YEARS OLD WITH ALZHEIMER'S , VASCULAR DEMENTIA AND MANY SERIOUS AILMENTS TOOK A TURN FROM THE WORST (COMING FROM OTHER AGENCIES )TO THE BEST- SHE IS DOING WONDERFUL!!!!! THANKS TO SUNSHINE HOME CARE !!!! The SCHEDULING TEAM FROM JESSICA DOWN THE LINE ARE WONDERFUL. THEY LISTEN, CALL YOU BACK, AND MAKE SURE THEY FIND THE BEST HOME HEALTH CARE AIDES POSSIBLE- AND WHEN YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED OR SOMETHING GOES WRONG THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT TAKES ACTION IMMEDIATELY! This is the best agency I have seen. The reason I can say that is because I have experienced a few so called shameless agencies whom my mother almost DIED under . IF YOU CARE SUNSHINE CARES AND EVEN CARES WHEN YOU DON'T- THE PROOF IS IN MY MOTHER - SHE IS DOING WONDERFUL!!!!! --- Just to let any of you know reading this... IM YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE IF ANYONE HURTS ANYONE I LOVE. MY MOTHER IS FIRST ON THE LIST - My standards are very high. We are private tutors who specialize in working with Special needs. We give 200% ... So in all my dealings with people I expect the same. Suggestions: If you are not happy with Sunshine or any organization, tell them - give them suggestions on how it might be better--- I have found for the first time an Agency who actually listened and took my suggestions and even asked me " HOW CAN WE HELP YOU??"
