Greeted with wine... to start with. Our accomodations and stay were top notch. Even perusing the grounds and taking photos was a nice experience. (Plants, vegetables herbs, vines, some family animals...) Very peaceful place. We had a wine accident late at night in our room and were fairly distraught thinking it was going to be very problematic. Instead, a nice woman came and cleaned everything up, insisted we not help and not worry, then on top of that, she replaced the wine and gave us chocolate. A+ customer service. Tip: Spring for a room with a jet tub.
