Today I made a phone-in order and was less than happy with the customer service. There was no introduction for the company, or a name given of who was taking my order. After I gave my order, there was just silence on the phone...came to realize the phone was hung up without any additional questions or to clarify my order. When I arrived to the store, the first employee that saw me greeted me immediately, come to find out his name was James. James proceeded to help me checkout with my phone-in order and I couldn t help but notice the very disgruntled employee working next to him, no smile on her face and was less than enthused to be at work. Come to find out, her name is Tiara and this is who took my phone-in order. I finished checking out with James who was more than happy to accommodate me, even when I forgot to say I wanted my sub hot, he made feel like it was no problem. In fact, he told me ma am it s okay, we want to make sure your sub is right, just the way you want it. I was so taken aback by his delightfulness, especially after the rude phone call I had, I just had to inform James what wonderful customer service he had. I wish I could say the same for Tiara, hopefully something can be done for future customers that enjoy going to Larry s. I would ve rated this location a 1 had it not been for James with his outstanding personality and eagerness to joy customers.
