Great place to stay very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a Cozy Cottage it was clean and blissfully air conditioned. There were five of us comfortably staying there. I hiked the trail on the property twice it's a nice 1/2 mile up and back down. It's a good workout so if you have any issues you may want to just walk the grounds. You can also access the river from a trail on the grounds. The laundry facility was nice and clean. The bath house I heard was nice and clean, I didn't have to use it but other family members did. Nice and close to the Cades Cove area of the park and there is an IGA grocery not far. Pet friendly and just an overall great place for a family vacation.9
