Horrible service! I came to get a new set of keys ...

Horrible service! I came to get a new set of keys for my Camry and the service was just pathetic. They were all confused, disinterested in assisting you, and overall irresponsible. I was told that the keys would be ready in 1-2 hours. After two hours, no one bothered to inform me on the status of my car. I had to personally ask them twice to check on my car. Apparently, it was ready and was parked on the lot but no one seemed to think it was necessary to inform the customer. Complete lack of coordination. The lady who assisted me initially was nice, but the other lady (I think she was the assistant manager) who took me to check my car at the end was downright rude. Finally, when I was ready to take delivery of my car, they couldn't find the keys! Dear lord! How are these guys still in business...?

UPDATE (Same day; a little later in the day): Once I took my car from the Cabe Service Center, while the key that they made works perfectly while turning the ignition and opening the car doors, they messed up the 'unlock' button on the car remote. Before I took the car to them, even a slight press of the 'unlock' button on the remote would unlock the car. Now, only a much firmer press does that, and that too after multiple attempts at pressing the button. :(
