My wife and I were enjoying the tour until we reached the end of our day. We had planned to end our trip at the same bus stop we got picked up at and had planned our time accordingly to catch our train to the airport that afternoon. For a reason unknown to us, the bus driver decided to skip the stop we had planned to get off at and continued on to the next stop. When we asked the driver why he didn't stop, he rudely said "we don't stop there anymore" even though we had boarded our bus there. Workers at the next stop told us that the driver should not have skipped the stop and there was nothing we could do except to ride the whole loop again. We did not have the time to ride the whole loop again so our only option was to walk back to where we needed to be and unfortunately for us it was over a mile away. Thankfully we had enough time to walk back and catch our train to the airport.

I've used this tour company in multiple cities before London and it had worked out well for us before, however that was not the case this time.
