I bought Odyssey 18 in March 18, over a year I still did not receive tittle yet. After 6 month I called salesman & left message few times but no respond. I called customer service she said: not our problem you have to call State. I called State & they said: They sent out to Honda Financial Corp on 3/13/2018 (I pay off why they sent my tittle to Honda?) I called Honda Financial & she said: there is no record, you have to go back to dealer. I went back to dealer & talked customer service & they said: She is off today, come back next day (whole dealer only 1 person knows how to use computer?) I went back to salesman asked for help he said: give me information I will find out & call you back. 2 weeks passed I still don't hear anything from him. Very bad service & system. I love Honda Odessey, this is second one I have but I think also the last. I will go back to Toyota.
