Jennifer Luna was the sales rep that helped me and she was beyond amazing! I have a unique situation revolved around my activation and she pushed through it for about 3 hours to get my phone up and running. She was adamant that I was not leaving the store without my phone back up and running the way it should be. She went above and beyond to take care of my situation and did it all with unwavering patience! THAT GIRL NOT ONLY DESERVES A RAISE BUT A PROMOTION!!!
