There's signs everywhere saying mask required before entry but literally no one in the lobby or common areas had masks on from the employees to the guests. The room was not cleaned well. There was crusted up food on the carpet and black and blonde hairs in the bed. Even when we left the room wasn't cleaned. The same hairs and crusted food still remained. Will not be staying here again.
