Horrible experience. I emailed a rep regarding a car i was interested im. I spoke witg Justin Mauer, i told him i lived far from the dealership and i would love to know if the vehicle i liked was available. Justin said he checked and that the vehicle was available. He told me to ask for him when i showed up. I arrived an hour later. I asked for Justin Mauer. The sales manager said it was Justins day off..... then i realized i was fooled to go in. When i asked for the vehicle i liked the sales manager said it had just been sold.... another classic trick. They immediately tried to get me to buy a vehicle that was just traded in. I did like the vehicle but the sales managers price was 2000 above black book value. He was taking my trade in at 5000 dollars less than my best offer at coulter nissan. I got so upset, they were trying to play games with me and i just wanted to leave. The manager then tried convincing me of buying his trade in and he said he would certify his vehicle that was why the price was higher ( im not an expert but certifying a vehicle requires an extensive mechanical inspection and he seemed not to even move the car from its spot, witch immediately worried me, do they really perform an inspection? Or do they just lie and overcharge customers?) I told him i was just going to go back to coulter nissan. He then said that was the best he could do. I asked him " if i purchase this vehicle, say i accept your offer, i go into finance, it takes about 40 minutes to go over paperwork, at what point will the car be moved from its spot to go get certified? He said it could happen. The experience was the worst, they made me feel like they didnt need my business and that they tought i was really stupid. People please ask for the certification inspection report for that specific vehicle if you want to buy a "certified" vehicle here.
