The whole visit is extremely informative. I would definitely recommend that you have the introductory first as it gives a better insight as to what happened, and more importantly, you can ask questions. The museum itself is intuitive, the audio phones are a must. Personally it's not illuminated enough, but I guess it adds to the mood.
