This is not a bad hotel per se, but the price is completely unreasonable for the service you get. And definitively horrible for a NH Hotel, a brand that I generally ike.

First,all the rooms look old. The furniture, the bathroom, the lamps, it's all at least 15 years old.

Internet is free but very slow, almost unusable. Of course you could pay for the 'Premium' service but that costs like 19 .

Room service, I couldn't reach unless I was going through the reception (button on the room's phone wasn't calling the right number...). They also made mistakes (white wine instead of red) 2 times out of 4.

Breakfast is nice, but very expensive (20 ), and it's a full buffet. You can't opt for a lighter breakfast for a cheaper price.

Staff is nice enough, but some of them seem to be very new and don't know what they do. But the ones who know what they do are alright I guess.
