Terrible customer service after the sale! Once the deal is done you will not get any help from them at all! We closed in November 2014 and have had issues with windows, driveways, appliances, plumbing, etc. and all we get from them is a list of contractors we are supposed to call ourselves to get issues resolved. Not only do you get no service the emails you get from the agents are snippy, like you are inconveniencing them by asking for help dealing with issues due to the builders they represent! If you are buying a house from this agency make sure everything is done to your level of expectations before you close, because after the deal is done you will get no help.
