I have had primus for several years. In the last 2 years I have multiple failures on a monthly basis. No line availablel whenever the power goes out for even just a few seconds. I usually have to reboot everything 5 or 6 times, reset the router and frequently end up calling customer service for another hour of nonsense booting everything.imsick of paying for no service.
