Awful! In January my wife and bought a 2015 grand caravan. The min we got it home problems after problems after problems. Stuff that said was checked on their 100 point inspection. New battery after 3 months! Struts a shock. Cruise control faults and the list goes on. I m writing this review because now my break pads are shot!!! After 7 months. My wife doesn t drive van often. We got it because we added to our family and needed more kid room. This van has been a lemon.
After having all these issues we did take van back which we are over an 1hr away and again just felt like we got tossed and hurried out. I made several attempts to try to get ahold of the service tech and barley got a response back. This break pad deal is my last straw. Rays has been awful and I m very disappointed in the service and how our situation was handled.
