Not worth the money, I got the room at a reduced rate as a secret hotel, had I paid full price I would have complained further... I've stayed in better rooms in London for two thirds of the price we paid. All you're really paying for is location (I'd recommend Hilton Bankside for a better service and stay). Rooms are very small and not what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. We checked in online before our stay so we weren't directly above the built in night club. However, that was ignored and we were placed in a room directly above it. At 11pm we complained and were moved to a room three floors up. This still wasn't a particularly nice room. All very basic and a bit dated. Could do with some updating. Won't be staying again.
