Extremely disappointed in this hotel! There is no way of getting a hold of no one at this hotel I have called several times and no answer. I booked this hotel online for a set price upon check in they added an extra $50 fee that has still not been refunded and there is no way to talk to anyone just save your money and time and use other hotels near by like the Marriott which is right around the corner. The parking lot is not in the same building as the hotel and I had to wait a whole hour to get my car back as the lines were extremely long. Pro: good Manhattan view.
