Very disappointing to witness the way my father was treated. First off I would like to state this review has no reflection on Steve the service manager and his advisors who were all very pleasant. However my father and myself unfortunately did not receive the same customer service picking up his car from service. While checking in at the reception station to pick up the car the receptionist was cold and unwelcoming she had difficulty finding my fathers paper work and told him Go talk to someone in service I can t help . I should mention my father is older and has walker. I politely asked the receptionist if she could call someone in service she didn t take kindly to my request rolled her eyes and repeated herself Go talk to someone in service I can t help . Thankfully I was there so my father didn t have to go back and forth. Unfortunately I don t remember the young mans name in the service department who helped me but he was very patient and kind. Turns out the paperwork for my fathers car was at the reception station the whole time. No apology from the receptionist it was as if we were interrupting her phone time. While running my fathers credit card the receptionist told him it was declined he asked her to run the card once more and she made the statement If it s declined it declined that not me it s the machine . I should also mention she was raising her voice. The second time his card was accepted and no apology from the receptionist. I asked the receptionist for her name and she reluctantly told me Mary. However I later called the store to ask for a supervisor and the lady who answered the phone her name was Rosemary same voice. Apparently there s not a administrative supervisor or that s what I was told. I hope this review reaches the correct supervisor to better train your administrative staff.
