I did not purchase a vehicle from Them and will not!!!!

The sales rep was very un helpful.

Told him that I lived an hour or so away and needed to do the via online and he gave me a very vague quote and no helpful information.

I purchase cars a lot online and other dealerships have no issues with this, but evidently Breeden does and is not truly online focused and therefore purchasing a vehicle from them is not an avenue I want to persue.

p.s I have bought a vehicle from Breeden in 2013 and have bought 5-6 other vehicles since from other dealerships (I buy a lot of cars), but will not consider this dealership in the future.

I requested to be contacted via email and they called me...Then I get an email from a lady I call back 5 minutes later she isn't there and nobody can seem to help me...I call back the next day and she "isn't a salesman" and cant really help me...Then I get another guy & I give him my information on my trade in including the vin# (the car is 5 months old) and he cant give me a trade in until they look at....Its a new car!!! what the hell!!!! Plus i never got the final price of the Jeep I was looking at...Oh and he wanted me to come to the dealership once again....I work 6a-8p m-f and sometimes the weekend... WHAT PART OF AN ONLINE TRANSACTION DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND??? Granted I know I would have to come down if there was a deal, but I am not wasting my time coming down there for some random BS offer which is what they gave me online in an email....Like I said, I have dealt with many dealerships online and this dealership is by far the worst THAT'S HOW THEY DID at servicing a customer...THEY DIDN'T!!!
