I have just had one of the best experience ever for service repair on my HVAC system. From beginning to finish my experience was unbelievably great! I contacted Service Wizard after looking at reviews from several companies and am completely astonished by the accuracy of all the positive comments left by others. I contacted the service company at 10:29 AM, provided necessary information to assist in identifying the problem that I was experiencing and was advise, that if I were available, a service technician would arrive prior to 12:00 pm.
I was contacted by the technician (David) with a photo via both text and email and advised that he was enroute to my residence in Southwest Austin at 10:43AM. Technician arrived at 11:15; diagnosed, repaired and replaced defective part and completed the service by 12:05 pm. Very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, with excellent skills and expertise. I would definitely use again and gladly recommend to friends, family and neighbors without hesitation and confidence.
Honest with impeccable integrity, did not attempt to milk the job nor replace unnecessary parts. Very informative for preventive maintenance procedures. Promptness= 5, Response= 5, skills=5, Expertise & Knowledge=5, Courtesy=5.
The best part of this review is that I now have AC with a five (5) degree temperature drop on the thermostat within the last hour, fantastic! With the outside ambient temperature on a steady climb.
