Came to the dealership because there was an advertisement on their website saying that they would pay off a car loan no matter what you owed on the loan. I was interested in a car, test drove it, and fell in love with it only to be told I was getting the trade in value of my car. I understand getting trade in value, but don't advertise it as paying off my loan if you're not actually going to do that. False advertisement. Everybody on the sales floor was super personable though.
